Hey, Trainers! (Sorry for the mix-up on the date in the subject line…should be the first thing I change every time I copy older posts to update information, lol.)

Plasma Freeze Information Updates!
Plasma Freeze is the next upcoming set for the TCG with a release date of May 8. Pre-Release information is now posted under the Tournaments tab! I will be hosting a Post-Release Sealed Tournament at HV scheduled for May 11. Click on the Local tab for information about this tournament.

League Session WILL be cancelled on April 13th and 14th for Spring Regionals.
Regionals is THIS WEEKEND! As such, we will be cancelling our regularly-scheduled League session on Saturday. Please go out there, represent your area, meet players from across the southeast region, and play a few games and trade some stuff, as it’s one of the few really big events that come to GA once a year! Click on the Tournaments tab above for more information.

If you plan on staying for the weekend in Athens, keep in mind that it will be difficult being able to schedule hotels in the Athens areas due to another big event going on near the University of Georgia campus. Keep this in mind while planning your trip.

Umbreon will be the TCG promo card for participating (for TCG and VGC) in addition to earning three (3) Play! Points.

WRAPL is on Facebook!
If you have a Facebook account, and would like to join the group and get League news and updates that way, click here. We’ll gladly accept new members to this group, even if you’re not or no longer from the area!

B2W2 VG Pokémon Distributions:

Dragonite – Now via PGL with reported attendance in the Nimbasa Gym season

Spring Battle Roads Dates Announced!
For some of the new players, it’s a great way to get your feet wet in the competitive scene! For you seasoned players, it’s a chance to brush up on your skills, earn Championship Points, and prepare for Nationals! Click on the Tournaments tab above for dates and locations.

Let me know if you have any questions! Hope to see you at Regionals!!!
